Testimony from Koketso – God’s Goodness in Every Detail
What felt like a nightmare in 2021 turned into the greatest encounter with the goodness of God I have ever experienced.
What was meant to be a routine 26-week pregnancy check-up suddenly became an emergency. The doctor couldn’t hear a proper heartbeat, and I was rushed in for an operation. My son was born weighing only 600g, facing multiple operations, and the doctors had little to no hope for his survival.
Machines showed his heart stopping, his lungs failing—but God stepped in. God took over that NICU, and He saved my son’s life. It was in this time that my faith in Jesus grew stronger than ever. For six months, I went to the hospital daily, praying for God’s protection over my son and believing that one day he would come home—and he did! His lungs grew stronger, and eventually, we no longer had to walk around with an oxygen tank. At the age of one, the feeding tube was removed.
Today, four years later, I look at my son and all I see is God’s love. Though he is a non-verbal autistic child, he is a priceless gift from God, a living testimony of His goodness. What many thought would end in tragedy became a story of God’s grace, power, and love. All glory to God!

I, Lucy Ruth, want to give all glory to God and express my heartfelt gratitude for the faithful prayer support of our Senior Pastors, Deacons, and the Upper Room prayer meetings on Saturdays at 06:00 and Sundays at 08:00.
By the grace and healing power of Jesus, I have now been completely free from colon cancer for six years! All praise and honour to our God!
As the Word says:

On 23 July 2015, the enemy tried to steal, kill, and destroy by attempting to take the life of my only son, right before my eyes in a suicide attempt.
But God was not finished with him. The Lord intervened, commanding His angels to protect and preserve his life. Though the doctors said he had only a 4% chance of survival and would be left with severe brain damage, bedridden and unable to function, God breathed new life into his body.
While he is not exactly the same as before, my son is so much more than I ever dared to ask or imagine. Today, he is a strong, healthy, and beautiful young man with a deep love for God that no one can take away. He is a true miracle and a living testimony of God’s power and purpose.
As his mother, I now live in the peace of knowing he belongs to God. I have grown stronger in my faith and love for the Lord, and I will always praise Him for what He has done for our family.
The devil has no authority over us, he lost this battle and took a full-blown punch to the nose. All glory to God!

Ek het vir omtrent twee weke ernstige spasma in my rug gehad, so erg dat ek gesukkel het om uit my kar en selfs uit my bed op te staan.
Na die oggenddiens op Sondag het twee dames vir my gebid. Hulle het saam met my gebid dat ek bevry sal word van alle bitterheid ná my egskeiding, deur die pad van vergifnis te stap.

Getuienis van Maria
Vroeg vanoggend, in my alleen-tyd met God, het die Heilige Gees met my gedeel uit Openbaring 3. Ek het in my Bybel aangeteken: vandag koop ek goud van God, wit klere en salf vir my oë.
Later dié oggend het ek vir die eerste keer ’n diens by Lewende Woord Gemeente Hoofkampus bygewoon. Tot my verbasing het die pastoor sy boodskap oor vriendskap met God afgesluit met dieselfde Skrifgedeelte – Openbaring 3 – en hy het ’n uitnodiging gerig aan almal wat ernstig is oor hul besluit om warm vir Jesus te wees, om op te staan as ’n daad van bevestiging.

On Sunday evening, 30th of March, my wife and I had the joy of attending the 18:00 service with our daughter for the very first time.
Heidi’s message deeply convicted both my wife and me in our faith, and to our joy, our daughter was also profoundly inspired by the entire message. We shared a tearful yet joyful moment together, overwhelmed with reverence and gratitude for God’s love and His powerful Word.
This service was truly a divine encounter, and God has touched all three of our lives in a significant way.

Testimony from Charrol
At today’s Healing Encounter, my daughter arrived on crutches, struggling to walk due to a serious sports injury. The ligaments in her right knee were torn, and she couldn’t put any weight on that leg. We were scheduled to see an orthopedic surgeon the next day, with surgery being a real possibility.

But God had other plans.
During the service, something miraculous happened. She walked out of church without crutches and without her knee brace!

Getuienis van God se voorsiening - Yolanda
My seun se pa is op 13 Januarie oorlede, en dit was ’n moeilike begin van die jaar vir ons. Ek het nie die finansies gehad om hom by sy tuisskoolprogram in te skryf nie, en dit het gevoel asof alles teen ons is.
Maar God het 'n deur oopgemaak, my seun is toe aangeneem by ’n staatskool, en hy is nou al amper twee maande terug in die skool. Wat vir my onmoontlik gelyk het, het God moontlik gemaak!
Asof dit nie genoeg is nie, het my seun ook sy eerste vakansie- en naweekwerk gekry, iets waarvoor hy al lank bid en hoop.
Ek loof God vir Sy trou en voorsiening!

In August, I was falsely accused of sexually assaulting my daughter. I was arrested and spent two and a half months in jail. During that time, I contracted a serious infection in my left leg and spent two weeks in a state hospital, where I almost lost the leg.
Through this incredibly difficult time, God sustained me. My family stepped in and helped me secure a private attorney. After six court postponements, the state ultimately withdrew the case.
Today, I stand as a free man, with no charges against me and my name cleared.
All honour and glory to God for His justice, mercy, and faithfulness. I praise His holy Name!
